1.Ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition to all VIP members and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure

2. Ensure all expected departure VIP receives express check out service offer
确保所有预离店贵宾或者会员收到快速办理离店手续服务
3. Liaise with other departments and necessary outside contracts to ensure excellent service delivery

4. Handle guest complaints and refer them as necessary, follows up on corrective action
